The Brooklyn Hospital Center’s Internal Medicine Department is seeking a Fellowship-trained neurophysiologist with EEG/EMG experience to join our award winning department of neurology. Due to extensive growth and community need, we are looking for a dedicated and motivated physician to join our team in meeting our community’s current needs as we expand our services to provide specialty neurological care and comprehensive stroke care. Located in downtown Brooklyn, The Brooklyn Hospital lays in the heart of New York City’s newest fashionable and exciting district. The Brooklyn Hospital Center is an academic and clinical affiliate of the Mount Sinai Health System and Icahn School of Medicine.
State of the art EMG equipment and 24 hour Video EEG monitoring capability.
Dedicated team of intensivists responsible for medical management of critically ill patients admitted to our intensive care units.
Collaborative relationship with the Mount Sinai Medical Center.
We are currently a Primary Stroke Center and anticipate moving to a Comprehensive Stroke Center.
Our institution is fully equipped and staffed to provide state-of-the-art rapid evaluation and treatment for seizures and strokes.

Doctor of Medicine (M.D.) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (D.O.)
New York State Medical License
Completion of residency and fellowship training in neurophysiology.
Board Certified/Eligible in Neurology. Board Certified/Eligible for additional qualification in neurophysiology.
