JOB DESCRIPTION: Outpatient office and Hospital Admissions (1:6 weeks rotation at the hospital) Takeover an existing patient base
Office is open Monday-Friday, 9am – 5:30pm Use E-Clinical Electronic Medical Records Academic Affiliation: part of teaching faculty for DO students at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine, which opened an additional campus in Moultrie
COMPENSATION/BENEFITS: Base Salary starts at $225,000, goes up depending on experience Multiple Bonus Plans RVU Plan where a physician can earn $40,000-$50,000 yearly Quality Bonus Plan where a physician can earn $5,000 every 6 months Student Loan Repayment through NHSC and also Georgia State Loan Repayment Program Medical Blue Cross Blue Shield, will cover doctor and small buy in for additional family members Dental Plan available for a few dollars a month Malpractice Paid Includes Tail Coverage 3 Weeks Paid Time Off 8 Paid public holidays 1 Week CME & $1,500 Stipend 403B Retirement Plan that starts after year 2 with the employer contributing 5% of physicians’ salary yearly Relocation negotiable
