Responsible for providingstandardized training delivery via instructor- led facilitation of classroom orremote training classes.
ESSENTIALDUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Includethe following. Others may be assigned.
Provideall supported business units and emerging clients with standardized new hire,refresher, new process and systems training.
Functionsas a subject matter expert in at least one line of business and creates andupdates training curriculum as needed.
Createand records, reports and other documentation of training activities.
Representthe Training team in meetings with business partners, leadership and projectteams.
Functionas a performance consultant, collaborating with Process and Operations toperform needs assessment and recommend training solutions.
Othertraining related duties as assigned.

Skilledfacilitator, consistently demonstrates effective questioning techniques andability to engage students and transfer knowledge

Includeminimum education, technical training, and/or experience preferred to performthe job.
Highschool diploma or equivalent
2 -3 years of experience in training or leadership position preferred
Healthcarerevenue cycle experience preferred
