Tenet Healthcare Inc. is seeking an experienced Paralegal to provide legal support in representing and responding to the needs of the Company. The position will provide support to several Law Department attorneys. This position has primary responsibility including, but not limited to, contract drafting, transactional and legal document drafting, contract and document review and file maintenance. In addition, this position is responsible for interfacing with client contacts for advise on Company's contract approval systems and policies.
This position is located in our downtown Dallas office location, and either parking or a DART pass are provided to all employees at no cost.
â¢Minimum of three years paralegal work and at least two years of college; degree preferred
â¢Experience with transactional matters and contracts is preferred.
â¢Certificate from ABA recognized paralegal program or equivalent related work experience; Strongly prefer work experience to be in the area of healthcare law
â¢Will consider exceptional candidates with an equivalent combined educational and work experience background
â¢Requires high degree of self directed initiative, creativity and individual judgment
â¢Must be able to work independently with minimum supervision and instruction yet to be able to function as part of a team
â¢Strong organizational, analytical, research and written skills required
â¢Computer literacy and software proficiency as required.
â¢Certified Legal Assistance distinction preferred, but not required
