Experience working with physicians/hospital management

The Senior Program Manager will provide vision and direction to business planning, market analysis, new business development and coordination of key services to advance the organization. This leader is professionally prepared to assume an executive role, providing leadership and guidance that ensures profitable and strategic growth in the market.
The Senior Program Manager will work with Marketing, Finance, Legal and Operational leaders to prioritize and implement initiatives. This leader will develop proposals and oversee analysis to enable the organization to achieve its operational, financial and strategic goals and initiatives.
Essential Functions & Accountabilities
Present strategic options and recommendations to executive leadership that lead to effective decision-making.
Design and implement programs that support growth and improve access to Bayhealth services.
Assume responsibility to manage the implementation of projects including coordination of construction, negotiate contracts, obtain all regulatory approvals, assure appropriate billing and reimbursement and oversee the development of marketing plans for the service.
Lead Operations, Finance and other departments to develop plans that advance strategic objectives.
Develop models that reflect the market and financial impact of complex initiatives, but summarized into schedules to assist management in decision-making.
Become the primary resource for certain governmental officials. Review proposed legislation and provide feedback to Health Care Administration leaders and / or government officials.
Oversee the work of employees both within and outside the department on a project basis, while helping them grow and advance.
