In partnership with the medical staff and Chief Nursing Officer, collaborates on a national level in the development of pediatric orthopedic practice and quality outcomes.
Provides leadership, direction and management to PI team and various performance improvement functions.
Responsible for Joint Commission, Infection Prevention, and patient safety initiatives.
Education / Requirements:
Master’s degree required.
Certification in healthcare quality is desirable, CPHQ.
Five years hospital experience in quality and leadership required.
Expertise in computer software programs for spreadsheets, word processing, and graphics.
Ability to provide oral and written presentations to various audiences.
