As the Associate Medical Director, you'll provide clinical expertise and leadership to inter-professional inpatient palliative care consult service including physicians, nurse practitioners, registered nurses, social workers and chaplains. Providence Connections in the Portland metro and Yamhill service areas blends comfort with active treatment that supports patients and their families. It's part of an integrated Home Services Program that includes Home Health and Hospice. About the Program Providence Connections is a palliative care consultation service that has a team of experts who help patients and their families find needed resources to control pain and other symptoms while providing compassionate support.
