Must be able to supervise delivery of quality care to patients through use of the nursing process of assessment, planning, implementing and evaluation/ re-assessment. To direct and guide patient/significant other teaching and the activities of ancillary personnel while maintaining the standards of professional nursing.
Position Qualification: (Training, Education, Experience, Skills and Abilities)
ï¿½ Graduate of accredited nursing program (AD, Diploma, preferred BSN).
ï¿½ (2) years of Medical/ Surgical Nursing, experience in specialty area preferred.
ï¿½ Previous Charge Nurse/Manager experience.
ï¿½ Current Licensure by the Florida State Board of Nursing.
ï¿½ ACLS and BLS certification
