The Synergy Organization is proud to have been retained by Lompoc Valley Medical Center (“LVMC”), a community-focused, innovative and financially sound California Healthcare District, to conduct the nationwide search for their Chief Financial Officer.

Hospital services at LVMC include 24-hour emergency medicine, ICU, Obstetrics, Pediatrics, Stroke, Diagnostic Imaging, Rehabilitation, as well as specialty services such as Bariatric Surgery and Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. The Chief Financial Officer will report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and will provide executive oversight and leadership for all operational departments within the Finance Department.
