Responsible for executing Tenetï¿½s organizational educational strategic plan. They are a leader, mentor, consultant, and subject matter expert regarding education regulations and standards. The MARKET DIRECTOR, CLINICAL EDUCATION plans, revises, implements, monitors, and evaluates education programs and activities for the Tenet Market across all clinical disciplines. In this role the Director oversees market and facility clinical educators, department operations, and the coordination of educational activities. They work collaboratively with team members, department Directors, Medical Staff, hospital employees, and other organizational leaders.
Education: MSN and graduate of an accredited school of nursing Experience: Five (5) years nursing experience, Three (3) years in a clinical leadership role required. Teaching and staff development experience preferred Current FL RN License Current AHA BLS Certification Current AHA ACLS Certification
