Work Hours/Shift: Part Time Days You Will Be Responsible For: - Answers, evaluates, and appropriately responds to phone calls, correspondence, electronic mail, visits, and other inquiries
- Provides clerical/administrative support, relaying messages, arranging appointments and filing
- Creates documents, files, prepares correspondence, and produces copies
- Prepares, edits and distributes reports, agendas, letters, meeting minutes, and other documents
- Relies on instructions and pre-established guidelines to complete tasks and objectives
- Maintains organized files and office equipment
- Meets department set SLA/performance standard
- May be required to provide travel arrangements
- May be required to conduct/participate in event planning
- May be required to provide lunch coverage
- Performs other duties as assigned
Qualifications
What You Will Need: KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED: - Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint and Word
- Effective time management and organizational skills
- Ability to display professional interactions with all levels of internal and external customers
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Effectively able to problem solve in complex situations
- Ability to adapt to new situations and responsibilities
- Must be able to read, write and speak conversational English
