Your Role
In your role as a Senior Administrative Assistant, you will perform administrative and business support related duties of a complex nature to provide support to four areas/units; Telemetry, Covid, and two Cardiac Stepdown units. To support these units, you will perform a variety of administrative support which may include, but not be limited to, scheduling, booking travel, and budget reconciliation. You will ensure data and records are created and maintained, data compiled and analyzed, and summarize and prepare reports as requested. In addition, you will have payroll, new hire and HR responsibilities, Kronos timekeeping responsibilities and much more.

Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience) and 4 years relevant experience
- High level of knowledge of Excel and Word necessary

- Light Work category requiring exertion up to 20 lbs. of force occasionally and uses negligible amounts of force to move objects.
